Promotional and dissemination materials

Task 6.2 · Work package 6 — Communication and Dissemination

Effective communication is essential to increase the visibility of NewLIFE4BioIslands and promote public awareness of biodiversity restoration and pollinator conservation. This task will develop a comprehensive set of communication and dissemination materials to share project results with technical audiences, stakeholders, and the general public.

The main actions include:

  • Project website: Development and maintenance of a multilingual online platform providing access to project information, technical resources, restoration methodologies, and project results.
  • Information panels: Installation of interpretative and educational signage across the project intervention areas to explain restoration activities and the ecological value of the restored habitats.
  • Promotional and educational materials: Production of communication resources for events, outreach campaigns, schools, and local communities to support awareness raising and environmental education.
  • Audiovisual communication: Creation of visual and digital content, including a project video and other multimedia materials, to communicate restoration achievements and increase public engagement.

Led by GESPLAN, this task will ensure that project knowledge and restoration outcomes are communicated effectively, supporting transparency, public participation, and the wider dissemination of the biodiversity island restoration model across Mediterranean and European audiences.
